Zachary Wandell: Allstate Insurance

Honestly the way that I got my premium almost doubled for literally the same basic liability insurance it's disgusting, never had an accident, first time driver. Customer service is somewhat helpful but greedy corporations like this are a Issue, hope to change my insurance soon. Hope y'all have the day you deserve. 😍😍😍 1/100 for being useless and greedy, 8/10 customer service. If it was possible to give -1 star you guys would probably not be asking for reviews trough emails.

I've been with AllState for the last 25 years. Never had a problem. Any time I need to call on their services, there's no nit picking. Of course it would be great if everthing was cheaper but we're talking about Insurance here - no free lunch. One thing I will say though, in every accident where it was my word against another, it always ends up being 100% my fault. I don't know how this stuff works, but it seems they're not the best at arguing their customer's case.

I was with Allstate for 20 years plus and the premium has gone up so fast and so much that I can no longer afford to stay. Michael and Hue have been so helpful and pleasant to work with.

Over all, I think The service has been great! The only thing I have question with Allstate is that why my rate never goes down when it based on driving experience and accidents free. Year after year, the rate goes up instead of goes down. I would think that if a policy has been opened for certain years and there isn’t any accidents report at fault, I would think the rate should drop but not in my cases.

I appreciate the service received and the attention given by the staff at my office. Funny thing is i’ve never met anyone face to face. Amazing how much can be done by phone. Every year, Zachary sends a birthday email and sometimes a call. nice touch.
