Zach Crutchfield - State Farm Insurance Agent

Zach is very rude/unprofessional, he over talks people and doesn't think he ever makes mistakes (even when there's proof). My last interaction with him, he yelled at me and in that moment I knew I had to switch to another agency because that wasnt the 1st time he'd gotten snappy with me. The only reason I'd stayed there so long is because of his assistant Cathy but recently she's been unavailable. In all honesty he doesn't deserve 1 star.

For starters, I would avoid State Farm unless you enjoy the thought of a 6 month ordeal to get a total loss claim settled. If you must go with State Farm, I would skip on Zach. My wife and I did business with him for nearly 30 years. During that time he rarely heard from us. We'd call on occasion when we traded vehicles and that was about it - always paid our bills on time. Over the last couple of years we've had reason to contact Zach's office twice on other matters. One was the aforementioned total loss claim. After 3 or 4 months of dealing with claims and the national office, we called Zach for help. He tried to upsell us to add rental to our policy but otherwise didn't lift a finger to help as far as we could tell. We finally got it settled several weeks later but no thanks to Zach on

I have had the privilege of using Mr. Crutchfield for over a decade. He is always kind and professional and quick to help. His team is first rate as well. Thank you Cathy for your hard work on my family's behalf. I am grateful I chose Mr. Crutchfield's office when I first moved here. Thanks Zach!

My experience with this agent was helpful and informative. He took time to answer all of our questions, provide information regarding things we didn't know to question and actually went so far as to make a call for us while we were there to help insure we had what was needed to make our transaction and transition a smooth one. There was light hearted professional conversation during our telephone hold time and the visit. I found Mr. Crutchfield to be a direct type gentleman who's initial goal was to make sure he rendered the service we requested. Good job.

Zach has been my insurance agent for over 20 years. He is a caring professional who has always provided an extraordinary service. I highly recommend him.
