I called for an insurance quote and an agent told me to send them my present ins. info and pic of the structure I asked for an email address and I was sent a pic of a business card- first red flag. I sent them everything that was requested and never heard back so I called and was told she, Jennifer, would call me back: never happened. I called and someone else answered and told me that Jennifer was out sick for two days; someone else couldn't call? Still no call back. THIS IS WHAT YOU , THE CONSUMER, SHOULD EXPECT FROM THIS BUSINESS.
I’ve been with the same office for about 13yrs, I seldom had to call but recently I had to. The same thing no return call. I think someone else is in with her now. Not to happy.
