I would like to share my appreciation for Yolanda Ross and the excellent service she provided me today. She was so professional, patient, and truly caring. I never felt like I was speaking to just another salesperson. She treated me like a friend. She took the time to find every discount available, stayed within my budget, and never pressured me to purchase more than I could afford. Because of her honesty and patience, I confidently chose State Farm as my insurance provider. She bundled my home and auto policy, and with prices rising everywhere, I was very satisfied with the quote and coverage I received. Thanks to Yolanda, I’m now a happy homeowner and driver. Woohooo!

I really had a bad week starting out, but once I spoke with Ms. Ross, she made me feel like she was going to do her best to help me. Speaking with Ms. Ross was an absolute pleasure! I was in a dilemma and Ms. Ross really assisted me and got me all the way together. I thought speaking to her she would provide me with some unexpected news, but to my surp, through her diligence and persistence of trying to provide me with the most discounts she could provide, it just worked out so good! I've been with Ms. Ross and her agency for several years and am delighted with their service. SUPER easy to work with - and I do almost everything with them digitally - and also incredibly responsive.
