Yaning Shih: Allstate Insurance

I’ve called this office numerous times over the past several years, and they never answer the phone. I always pay my insurance in full for the entire year, so billing has never been an issue on my end. That’s not why I’m calling. This office is listed as my agent, though I honestly don’t know how they ever became my assigned agent in the first place. Regardless, an agent who cannot be reached by phone is not doing their job. After years of periodically calling with the same result—no answer—I can confidently say that the many reviews mentioning this exact issue are 100% accurate. The problem isn’t whether this is a “real” office. The problem is that they publish a phone number and do not answer it. This place does in fact exist, you can send them mail and get mail from them, you can also visit their office if your in the right state, the agents are quick to answer the phone and quick to call back or email you back, great at answering questions and solving problems. Best insurance agency we have had in 6 years! (Don’t listen to the negative reviews they are probably people who don’t want to pay their insurance)

I have not had the pleasure of meeting anyone from this agency. I hope in the future that that will change. My experiences in the past with other Allstate agencies have gone very well and I'm sure the Yaning Shih agency will be no different.

Impossible to get the agent on the phone. Calls always go to some national number. Extremely frustrating. Agent slow in returning calls and tough to understand on the phone.

This office does not exist. I showed up in person and I’ve tried several times to send emails because my policy keeps increasing and I have no clue why. Terrible customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
