I am extremely happy with my insurance and the service provided by my agent Aimee! She is indisposable and reviews my coverage regularly to ensure that I am getting the best coverage for the best value. Would recommend 10/10.
Trying to get another insurance… no one sent an email telling me Allstate went up 9%. My insurance was $250.00. This month $800 how is that even legal just to up your insurance without telling your customers. I have only been with Allstate 9 months, never had a ticket never caused an accident!
The receptionists are pretty rude and talk around your questions . Not a welcoming agency will be finding a better customer service based like root or the general
Very deceptive practice of sending advertisements as security mail. This kind of behavior needs to stop.
I'm very upset with there service, I didn't see it fair that I still had to pay for an accident that happened more than 90 days.
