Very poor communication .I don’t know if he didn’t want me as a customer or if he had any type of prejudice ,but he lost my account and my license lapsed and there was nothing he could do so now I have to wait 140 days to get my car back .if u had a simular experience or know how this could have happened .I would like to hear it .
