I'm Executor for my mother's estate in Albany county NY and have a house to sell that was vacant. Dana put in the effort to look for a insurance company that would take the risk. Meanwhile the current Insurance agent was also looking for a quote. Getting a vacant house insured while you are waiting for it to sell can be a problem. The original insurance agent did eventually find a company with a quote a little lower so I didn't go with Dana's agency but she was so pleasant, not mad at.
