I used this company for homeowners insurance for 2 years. When it was time for homeowners insurance renewal I asked that they shop around for other quotes. After a week of not hearing anything back, I followed up via phone call and was referred to a Mandy who should have been working on my quotes and would reach out. Another week passed and still nothing. I called the office daily and left voicemails just for them to not be responded to. After a week of calling I reached out to Mandy via email and received a response a week later and said she would have some quotes back to me by Friday. 4 days later I again reached out to Mandy via email as I had not received a response or quotes and again no response. I emailed her again the next day and stated how the office and her have been unresponsiv

Great Customer Service! Jacob Parr was very transparent & walked me through everything. This was particularly helpful being a first-time home buyer. I hate to say it, but I did shop rate (again, I was a first-time home buyer...) & what Jacob provided was the best I could find.

This company is unresponsive and not good at communication and doesn’t seem to care for their customers. We’ve had homeowners insurance through them for the last year and when it came time for renewal they didn’t handle what they needed to on their end which caused our insurance to cancel. Even though they assured me that it was handled.

Would rate less if possible. Tried to call them left voicemails. Emails. Took over a month to hear back. Just to get screwed over by the agent who finally reached out.
