I've had mixed experiences. They've come through for me at times, which I appreciate, but there have also been lapses—like recently switching my flood insurance provider without so much as a phone call or email. That kind of thing creates unnecessary stress. Communication needs improvement.

Terrible experience. Simply trying to change insurance? Endless nightmare. Surprisingly, the process took almost 2 months, an infinite number of emails and calls, and my full ongoing supervision to get things done. Babysitting the agent, and after days finding out she had never contacted my lender. I would still be waiting if I didn't proactively contact my lender and previous insurance. I wish I had known this before since the possible saving is not worth the horrible experience and wasted time.

WORST COMPANY AND THE WORST AGENT LISA DONVITO no professional at all. worst customer service and totally agreed with the rest of the people that DO NOT LIKE THIS COMPANY.This has to be bar none the worst insurance agency ever. No matter how much planning you do with them to get information, it will be a waste of time and then they will spring a policy on you a few days before renewal that is worthless. They do not even convey material items that has changed from you prior policies even though they ask you to sign something that is supposed to indicate the changes from your current policy. If you care about making sure you have the proper insurance, go elsewhere.

Not impressed. I provided the M&R agent all my home owner declaration pages for wind, peril & flood in hopes of finding some reduction in premiums. First there was considerable delay in getting back to me & when I followed up, they weren’t able to offer any reduced cost. It’s been almost 4 weeks and never heard back with any other options. Either I’m stuck with the rates I currently have or they failed to find alternatives. Tough living in South Fl with high insurance premiums!

I don't know what any of these other folks are talking about. Morris & Reynolds is a wonderful place to do business, where some of the finest, most caring insurance professionals work hard to keep their clients satisfied and protected. These people run a tight ship.
