I have the same experiences as some other clients with poor customer service. Sometimes during business hours, nobody answers the phone. Other times you get transferred a couple times and get short responses from an agent. Agents are less than helpful and are slow to respond to emails, if they respond at all. I’ve explained to the broker and to agents that one of the insurance companies I have a policy with is no longer writing policies in NJ beginning in 2025. I have explained this situation to several people in the office, but none of them pay attention to the details. I waited four weeks for an agent to finally assist me with a quote, and I get an email reply to keep the policy I have because they have no carriers that are writing policies with a dog. 🫶Historically a great company w/ great agents who cared about their clients. 👎Horrible since their World Insurance merger 1-2yrs ago. 😴💤Insurance agents don’t answer calls or emails in a timely manner at all. When finally reached, they defer their calls to reps who say they are unqualified to sell or discuss a policy, and you have to call the office 10x (I average 1 -2 calls a day) to receive one callback or email response(if we get any at all). 😞They leave loyal/returning customers hanging with deadline sensitive items, like policy renewal deadlines and documents needed in time for home closings. When connected, they do a poor job of matching policy holders w/ comparable coverage when changing policies and fail to advise the policy holders of such changes —they’re available to collect

I recently worked with John Wilkens on getting a new homeowners insurance and I had a great experience. John got back to me super fast and made the process so easy. He answered all my questions at such ease and got me a new policy within days of my inquiry. John was super helpful setting up my homeowners insurance & car policy. I'm a first time home buyer and this process is quite an undertaking and John was super helpful with explaining things. Process was super smooth and John is extremely responsive. Also to note: our previous car policy was double so he ended up saving us a lot of money! Highly recommend!
