Absolutely unacceptable experience with my homeowners insurance claim. The incident happened on May 20, and as of now, my kitchen rebuild hasn’t even started. Adjuster Dave Bush has been incredibly unresponsive—weeks would go by without returned calls or texts. On the rare occasions we scheduled calls with the contractor, he was unprepared, claiming computer issues or missing files, forcing us to reschedule repeatedly. Claims manager Michael Wade has offered no improvement or accountability. This process has been a frustrating mess with zero urgency or professionalism. Arjee has been great!. The company took over our policy when the previous rep of several years retired. So far, they made the transition easy. Arjee is professional and realistic. So far, this new relationship is off to a great start.

I spoke with Joanna and she is always helpful with anything that I ask about. She has a wonderful attitude and always very pleasant . Our family has known Joanna for a long time and she is a wonderful asset to Allstate.

I received a comprehensive overview of my policy with Johanna. She discussed options for me to get a reasonable rate and the correct amount of coverage. She also offered a free Defensive driving course to further lower my premium. I appreciate her enthusiastic and professional knowledge .

Worst agent ever. I have been a customer of Allstate for over 25 years without issue and got transferred to Woods and Associates after my previous agent retired. Nothing but problems , poor customer service, sarcasm and lies. Do not trust this agency. Moving on to another company after all this time as a loyal customer. Shameful!!
