They've been our homeowners insurance company for years now. They came through for us after the bad storms in the early 2000's. Only reason for 4 stars is that I was exploring the possibility of getting some help replacing our roof which was damaged by some wind storms and our agent (who does rate 5 stars) told me our premiums would go up if we filed a claim. Maybe it's not just our insurance, but we're on a fixed income and can't handle any more expenses just now. I guess we're on our own for replacing the roof. Overall they've been good and very reasonably priced. After thinking it over, I think they do rate 5 stars. They've helped us several times and I don't think we could find better insurance anywhere else. The premium increases seem to be an industry wide phenomenon, so I'm pretty s
