Went in to see about house insurance and spoke to Elizabeth. Said she would check and let me know. No call! Called and was told she was out but would leave a message. Again no call back. Called again, she was out. Told them to have her call me one way or another. Again, no call back!! Thank you State Farm for your same day service.

(Under new management.) I left this agency after using them for my homeowner's insurance for 10 years. The receptionist was snotty, disparaged the previous agent, and said she'd call me back with a quote. She never called me. When I called the owner to complain, he said he would call me back. I've never heard from them again. I decided to go with an online insurance company and saved about $1,000. I would have preferred a local agent, but not this one!

I was with them for 8 year getting my home insurance. When I told them I got a new roof and electric panel I asked them to see if they could get me a better price. I gave them 2 months to give me a quote. 1 month later I call them again, again they said they would call me back. Well after 2 months with no calls back. I went with Kin insurance. I got a great deal from them and they were always very helpful.

I highly recommend Windward Insurance. They have taken great care of me the last two years. They have never let any policy lapse and always provide the best rates and make it easy for me! Big shoutout to Beth!

terrible customer service. I arrived and they looked at me, they didn't even have the kindness to offer me to sit down and wait, they looked at each other and made faces. How horrible and how unprofessional. I Wait sitting and nothing. They just ignored me like it was nothing. go there if you want to be ignored and waste your time.
