I filled out an application online for the marketplace. Mr. Wilson called me back. We discussed options for health insurance to replace my current policy. He asked me for my income from 2023 and I gave him the information on my tax return. He then asked me what I thought I would be making in 2024 and I gave him that information. While filling out my application (which I have no ability to verify or change) he input the incorrect information for my income. When I filed my 2024 tax return I was hit with a $1,600 tax bill. If you are going to do business with Mr. Wilson, I highly recommend you do everything via email or record the calls so that you have a record of what you have told him. Lesson learned!

I couldn't be more pleased with the performance of Heather Waller! Not only did she take care of my auto insurance needs, but she also did it with the best attitude!
