They resolved the issue with Progressive, then found me better insurance at a more affordable price with another company. I will always recommend visiting them for your insurance needs!

One star rating, is one star too much! Very poor customer service. My husband called a month ago looking for a quote on all of our insurance needs. We email Kennedy copies of our current coverage. Asked her to respond that she received them...nothing. My husband has called, left a message with the gal who answered the phone once for Kennedy and left a voicemail with Kennedy once. We have received no calls or emails back from Kennedy or anyone else at this office. Guessing Kennedy has enough business she doesn't need new? Rude.

I find the ladies in Jonesville extremely helpful! They definitely worked to get us the best rates possible. I found them very polite and professional. I would recommend family and friends to call these ladies. Thanks Ladies for a job well done!
