If I could give this agency 0 stars, I would. By far the worst communication I've ever had with a business. My policy was taken over by this agency when they bought another agencies book of business over a year ago. I never once heard from anyone at their agency until I needed something, and then it was a wild goose chase to get what I needed. I reached out for a copy of my insurance cards, and I had to follow up multiple times to get them. The agent finally sent me insurance cards and told me to have a great trip, but I later found out that the policy hadn't been in effect for weeks due to an expired card on file. I'm not sure how they didn't realize that when they sent me the cards. The woman who answers the phone has an attitude and the agent himself takes no accountability for his staf

Excellent customer service. Great place to shop for great insurance rates. They seem to always be looking out for their customers best interest.

i don't know how ot why i was here but i guess their cool 🤷‍♀️☑️ it out for yourself .
