It's ok. A lot of the great rides that were there when I first went years ago are gone and replaced with new thrill coasters. Rhino rally is gone, Tidal wave is gone, the cute little roller coaster with the hair pin turns is gone, and a few other greats, as well as the sky lift. Everything is extremely over priced. You never know when the animals will be able to be viewed because of all the maintenance and construction. Lots of renovations that make getting around the park more difficult. It's just not quite as enjoyable to me as it was. I do appreciate the fact the train has a wheelchair lift and is accessible to disabled riders. The park in general feels like they're trying to cram too much in. I'm definitely NOT renewing my Gold membership card, as SeaWorld is even more of a disappointm

I would put no stars if possible. Long-time customer and was completely ghosted and ignored. I called at least 20 times and left several voicemails, and to this day, I still haven't received a call back. Needless to say, they are no longer my insurance agent.

So far so good. I escort/pilot oversize semi loads & carry 2 million insurance. Almost 1/2 price from what progressive charged. 👍 UPDATE 5/19/22 I no longer deal with these ppl , they never , ever answer the phone. Agent Beau gave me his cell , however it's never gets answered either. USELESS

I spoke with an agent named Beau. I requested a quote on business and commercial auto insurance. After getting my information he said he would call me back with a quote. Two weeks go by and I never heard back, so I called him again to see what was going on. Beau then says he can’t seem to find my information anywhere and perhaps he gave it to another agent to work on so he would look around the office and then get back to me. Now another two weeks have gone by and he never called me back. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company.
