Since the first day Grace called me she has been a godsend she is so wonderful! She is so helpful and informative and she provided everything that I needed. When I asked her to reach back out to me she did she recapped everything that we already had discussed and she was very patient with me I wanted to make sure that this was what I wanted and she understood that she wasn't pressuring me into anything she allowed me to make my own decisions. Also was very helpful with guiding me through every step of the process. There was times that I needed to reach back out to her to ask her questions and she answered the phone on the first ring. Grace is amazing. She deserves a promotion and definitely a raise!
