I really like this place. I have had insurance with them for many many years. The staff is great, friendly and thorough. The only downside besides them being located in Vanceboro is that they aren't keeping up with the times. If you buy insurance online, you can pay online. You can sign papers digitally ONLINE. Although I love this company and the very affordable rates they offer with wonderful customer service I do get tired of having to drive to Vanceboro to sign papers for changes and adjustments in my policy. I think they should embrace modern technology and allow for electronic online signatures or at some point soon they are going to be in trouble. I appreciate the hometown feel and service.
