They always help me and they will email me so i dont forget anything. They arent pushy when they need things from me and give me friendly reminders. 5 years later and I don't know what is happening Love being charged for insurance 2 weeks in a row. Now my account is overdrafted almost 300 dollars on Christmas eve!!!! Dont go with whites agency apparently. I've always given them a good shout out but they just ruined my Christmas and I can't even pay my rent now and all I'm being told is to wait until friday to get it taken care of. Second time in 2 weeks they have hit my account unexpectedly causing massive problems!!!!
Chad is a great agent. I can call and he will get back to me and look for options when asked.
