I tried to get an understanding of an insurance policy Zach LeClair has for my elderly 80 year old father. Less than 4 minutes into the conversation, Mr. LeClair barked at me and hung up on my after I asked if I was bothering him. All insurance products are complicated, it's ABSURD for any agent to hang up on anyone asking a question about the products they sell ... much less a paying customer's kin who is named on the policy. There's a million insurance options out there, is this the type of agent who is going to earn your business?

I had sent a request for a quote a week ago on Wheeler Agency Inc. website for both auto and home insurance, but have not heard anything. Their competition called me the day after my request online and they are now my insurance agency. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH WHEELER AGENCY

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Mr. Zachary Leclair in assisting my daughter and son in law with their homeowners and auto insurance policy. Due to the home being totally renovated, and going through the loan process, Mr Leclair guided them through every step of the process from start to end. Mr. Leclair, during this difficult process forwarded them his personal mobile number so they could be in personal contact if the need arose. Mr. Leclair took the extra steps and was in communication with their financial institution and providing them with all the information they needed.
