Worst insurance company ever. Changed my coverage this year without notifying me. Was $1500 deductible. They changed my roof coverage to $5000 deductible with a limited loss settlement clause. This clause lowers the amount they will cover by 3% for each year the roof is old. These combine to mean their coverage is worthless, but they didn't decrease premiums at all. I had a new roof quote for just shy of $13,000. They estimated the cost at $6983 (which is a scam in and of itself). Limited loss settlement reduced that by $2977. So the outstanding amount was less than my deductible and paid me $0. What a colossal waste of time and money to go through this claim and keep their coverage.

Poor Customer Service, after being with them for a few years I'm trying to make a claim on my daughters car after a rollover accident and the claims rep is semi rude, unresponsive, has zero empathy and they are being unjust with the replacement value. Instead of using NADA book Value they have there own value system where they decide what a vehicle is worth. This is the 1st 1 Star review I have given anyone as I try to be forgiving as I can, but they earned it. Claim still unsettled in week 5 BTW

Had them for 2 years. Made one claim because my car got stolen in Minneapolis and they dropped me because we made too many claims. What a joke of a company. I hope people read these reviews and go with a different company.

They insured us for 5 years and we had no claims. We bought a new house and they inspected before they insured it. Said everything looked good including the roof. We had a hail storm and our roof along with others in the area were damaged. We filed a claim and instead of paying it they hired an engineer to say the damage was preexisting and denied the claim. Terrible company and we canceled them soon thereafter.

We have rentals “insured” by Westfield and we pay a ridiculous sum of money every year to them for this insurance. They deny every claim. Would not recommend this company to any investor or really anyone that expects to use the insurance. Terrible service.
