This business is rude and lazy. I noticed from the beginning of conversation that they seemed unprofessional and lacked good communication skills but I went forward with them anyway thinking I wouldn’t have to deal with them daily. I am a thorough and detailed senior and wanted to make sure i understood what i was purchasing. She finally got fed up with my questions and told me she did not want to go forward with me. To me that is just more unprofessionalism manifesting as well as impatience and laziness. A big waste of my time! Be ready for miscommunication if you go with them!

First claim in 25 years and it was denied. Very expensive rates. I will be cancelling andgetting a refund of this years premium and
