I should have read these wretched reviews b/f signing up w/ Wellcare. Nothing but problems since receiving my member ID. 1) Promised Dental implants benefits, DENIED! 2) Copays for simple meds, have high deductible OOP cost (which were not informed about at enrollment. ) 3.) Unable to scheduled Wellness visits. God only knows why. 4.) Haven't heard from my provider yet, but the routine blood test & a MRI will probably be rejected also. I don't know what Wellcare is thinking. Patients are going to jump ship as soon as they realized what a scam this is. I know I will as soon as I finish posting this message. If you're shopping health care plans, don't even slow down enough to read the sign that says Wellcare!

If you got wellcare ,be prepared to pay for your prescriptions ,as far as spendable card it is inactive more than active! It just doesn't work period! During hurricane season wellcare is absolutely useless ,they will say you need pre authorization & the delays are 3 to 9 days ,CVS doesn't help any at all ,they say it's your insurance company ,but you can pay for it if you need it! & I ask how long will this pre authorization take? Could be 3 to 9 business days! Great job wellcare! The most aggravating insurance known to man& these insurance agents keep pushing it on the elderly! Should be ashamed of themselves. Pitiful ,call wellcare & expect to be on hold for hrs & get transfered at least 7 times in hr & half ,repeat your information at least 8 times! Pitiful to worthless, in the end yo

I know many of the employees. They are some of the most driven young people that I know, so I know the caliber and quality of service is noteworthy. They all also have great personalities too! Each time I've stopped by, it's been very warm and welcoming! Glad to see great talent being put to great use!

Wellcare needs local caseworkers in Jacksonville, Duval, Putnam, & Nassau counties. Case management on the telephone needs improvement. Wellcare has awesome, caring, helpful, friendly staff and employees.
