I had an agent named Darlene Who came out to my home and sat down with us and explained everything to us after we told her what we were looking for in house and auto insurance. Explained what we were looking for Insurance and Home and Auto . Darlene went over every detail explained everything looked at everything gave us all the necessary information that we asked for and needed. I took her around the home to verify that everything is what it is. She’s very, very kind very cautious. She was an intelligent , knew what she was talking about and respectful to us. Our experience with Weer Insurance has been extremely frustrating. Communication has been poor — delayed responses, unclear explanations, and little accountability. For the past two years, we’ve been subjected to audits that resulted in significant premium increases.
