First rate was great recently went to renew insurance had to call and ask for renewal date. The date provided was incorrect causing my policy to cancel I was provided a date 10 days after the renewal date which allowed the policy to cancel all the way out. When I contacted the company they said they would get it fixed for me but that their system was shut out and apologized said they’ll have to contact me back after the weekend. When Monday came they gave me a different renewal amount for double the original one. All this because their system has an error or the wrong date. Be careful. Could end up spending money you just don’t have !
