We Insure Madison - Katie Knight

Do NOT use this insurance agency, unfortunately they do not take they clients seriously. I had a good experience to start (4 Years ago) and as soon as they changed my agent to Monica my experience was horrid. Its been 5 months trying to re-instate my policy. Went to another agency and they got it done in less than 2 weeks.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Katie Knight never accepts calls, so all calls go through the corporate call center, which treats you like dirt - cold, aloof, unhelpful. I tried to contact Katie repeatedly about my policy when the premium doubled. She never returned ANY of my calls for voicemails. I ended up going to Morrow and dealing with Farie, who was extremely professional, polite and helpful….AND she saved me quite a bit of money. I don’t understand how We Insure is able to keep its doors open in a small town where reputation means everything. They do have a reputation… a HORRIBLE one. Now I know.

My wife started the process of changing agents to Michelle at the "We Insure" agency owned by Katie Knight. The first problem was that it took almost a month to finally hear that Michelle couldn't transfer our Progressive policy to her agency. So she then tried to sell us a different policy by telling us that Progressive had a very low rating by AM best, which wasn't true. She also told us that the new policy had a much better rating than it actually had, even though its low rating was printed on the company website. After it was decided that we were not a good fit and we wanted to change our policy back to our original agent, the owner, Katie, assured us that she would handle this for us. Today, when my wife asked her how the transfer was going , since it was taking longer

The ladies at We Insure are wonderful! They do all they can to get you the coverage you need at a good price. They are also honest and open about how sometimes it's just too much and advise against it. I would have my insurance policies no where else!
