I received immediate assistance for a mutual customer after holding with Progressive the previous day for over an hour. Everything went smoothly and the information that I requested was sent over in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend!
Never called me back to give me a quote
Very unprofessional, I was on hold for hr just to receive an auto insurance quote. After an hr of holding she came back on the phone and said “ how can I help you” like the phone transfer after the hr. Never looked at a quote and I’m still driving with no insurance. Worse customer service ever
