Those who follow my reviews will know I rarely do non-hospitality reviews unless I am super impressed or super disappointed. I want to make sure I recognize the amazing service I have gotten with this agency. I deal with Elaine, and she is professional, personable, and always returns my messages so much sooner than expected. I ask entirely too many questions, sometimes the same ones 2 or 3 times if I don't write the answers down. Elaine has always responded with courtesy and as if our conversation were the most important thing on her to-do list, even when I know it is most certainly not.
