I am the office manager for a small company and we've been with WalkerHughes for over 10 years now. Our experience with them has been exceptional. Dealing with Pat Bower and Laura Lawson has been a real pleasure. It is my belief that the true test of any business relationship is when "issues" arise and how they get handled. Pat and Laura handle issues in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. These days great customer service is NOT the norm although it should be. With Pat and Laura, great customer service IS the norm. We are extremely happy with WalkerHughes and in particular Pat and Laura. I highly recommend WalkerHughes.

We have been with WalkerHughes for over 6 years now. They are wonderful to work with, especially Brenda. She has always been extremely helpful (and patient) with answering all of our questions and finding us the best quotes on our insurance. We have had to file claims, add and remove vehicles, and alter our insurance coverage, I was expecting it to be a nightmare. Brenda made it so easy and effortless. The team at Walker has always remained professional and timely in their responses, especially Brenda. Brenda has gone above and beyond for us through the years, and has been nothing short of a great representation of how companies should do business.
