I have been a customer for several years. In the last 6 months I have left phone messages 4 times and never received a call back. I walked into their office today and there was only one person in the office. That person was on the phone and saw me walk in. They never acknowledged I was there. I waited about 5 minutes and walked out. I will now try to work with the Licking office. Customer service is zero stars
