I'm really pleased in switching over to Walker Agency of Michigan. Nicole and team went above and beyond in assessing coverage needs for my home & auto under a tight timeline.

Walker agency has been my Michigan insurance agent for about 6 years and always provided excellent service. Whether my vehicles or houses, they stay on top getting me the best rate they can.

Worth the call. Was my 1st time getting a commercial policy for a property I needed to close on in 72 hours and planned on using Nichole/ Walker Agency as a secondary quote to keep my current broker I use for everything else competitive. I was up front with this and Nichole was okay with it. Well, my broker dropped the ball big time and my options had I not gone to Nichole would have been push the closing date or sit with an exorbitant premium and 5x the coverage needed with a niche provider. Any future business is going to Walker Agency first because they take the time to understand what you actually need at the time and have the experience to make sure you are still covered for a loss.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would I am getting a house in Ogemaw County, so I'm calling auto insurance to get the best quote! I can't believe how rude the lady on the phone was!! I asked for a auto insurance quote, she tells me we don't usually give out quotes over the phone I explain my situation to her, how I am an hour away and can't really drive there if it is not worth it. Thinking ok she would give me a quote seeing I'm 45mins away and why would they not want new customers. That being said I would never recommend them and I will continue to review walkers insurance in the same manner they did me.
