I've used Waley for many years and really enjoy working with Josh. He always recognizes his customers and chats like family! The office will be moving soon.

I have dealt with Wales for years and have enjoyed dealing with them, until the past several months. Had to straighten out the mess. Starting with Wales saying my payment is one thing and it's not, so I under paid, resulting Ina unpaid balance. Second, I got a late charge because Wales didn't post my payment until 4 days later. Said he drop the charge, but failed to enter it, so I've had a late charge rolling over all this time. This also caused banking problems. Now I deal straight to the insurance company it's self. Disappointed., Let down.

Called one week ago to get a homeowners insurance quote. Gave my information. Five days later I heard nothing back so I went to their web site and left a message. Two days later and I have not heard anything. I guess on the positive side they are consistent.

Josh Waley is courteous and knowledgeable. Very busy , but never forgets to return a phone call. I appreciate his hard work and always kind disposition.

I've had this Waley Insurance off and on,more on than off. Started with Mrs. Jenny when Josh was just a kid. Now he runs it and he is just as honest as his mother.🌹
