I was with wagner’s for 37 years. My car insurance went up over $800 2 years ago. So i called Wagner’s to find out why. That is when i found out it wasn’t owned by Wagner’s anymore. The new owners didn’t care that I was with them for that many years. So we switched to State Farm. I will never go back to Erie.

For some reason, this is coming up under my sons name, but my name is Eileen LaForce and I have been with Wagner’s Insurance for many years. They are wonderful! My son now does business with them as well as an ex-boyfriend. They are very helpful and nice people to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I wish we had the same successful experience that everyone else seems to have but we don't. We have been with Erie over 20 years. Our previous agent was Ken Faust and we never had an issue. Tomorrow it will be three weeks since someone ran a red light speeding and hit my husbands jeep. We turned the estimate into the adjuster who seems to think that the mechanic that we have always used is charging too much for the labor . The adjusters estimate is significantly lower than the mechanics. We haven't even been able to order parts because we have not received a cent from our insurance. Now the adjuster wants to have a "Meeting" with my husband and the mechanic to discuss the labor. He also wants the mechanic to pull the Jeep apart to make sure that there is no additional damage which will res

Matt has been an excellent insurance agent. He has been willing to help me at all times of the day and has ensured solutions to any problem I’ve had. Recently, my lien holder claimed to have not received my declarations page that Matt already sent 3 times. Within the hour he was on the phone with the financial institution and they were able to remedy the issue. This is one simple example of Matt’s commitment to excellent customer service and providing great efficiencies in his client’s day to day. That’s extremely important when you are as busy as I am!
