I have a few problems with Wagner. After 4 years of using this company, they still continue to contact me every year to ask me what the billing address is for my mortgage company. I would have thought it would have been changed the first time! Secondly, when I decided to go looking into auto insurance on my own for a lesser cost, they wanted to try their hand and while it has been research at this point, one of their agents persisted with texts, one at 10:44pm and one at 7:34am. I work in sales and customer service and can relate to certain things but I find this to be extremely unprofessional- there are business hours for a reason.

I have never heard of it insurance company, making you ensure another person in your household because they have a license when you only need insurance for you and your vehicle. They are forcing you into adding another person. what a scam I’ve never seen this with any other insurance company ever! And I’ve been insured for over 40 years. AAA doesn’t do that Geico doesn’t do that progressive doesn’t do that come on guys! Do you want to make some money or what?

Krista is a bonus to this company. She is the best and very fast to act on a customer's behalf.
