Wade insurance is by far the best in Philadelphia PA Mike is definitely the person you want to speak with go upstairs and ask for Mike and the rest of the staff are amazing they all treat you with respect and your in and out quick I do my insurance here and my renewal of my registration and I send all my friends as well definitely more then 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

STAY FAR AWAY. Had insurance with them. They spiked the insurance and I cancelled with them because I found better. Cancelled with them once. They are saying it didn't go through. Had to email them again and cancel again. Thinking all is okay because it was updated on the insurance app. WRONG. Canceled in March get a letter in June saying I was never insured and my registration is suspended due to me not having insurance but was insured since I cancel with them. They lack communication, everyone in the building is incompetent, and will not admit when at fault. They had all the proof & still never did their job. STAY FAR AWAY. There is better agency out there. They will scam and rob you.

I purchased a policy for auto insurance and they took my money and didn’t send me the email for proof of insurance and closed before sending the email. so I literally couldn’t leave the dealer with the car that I paid hundreds of dollars to insure. No way to reach anyone so now I have to wait until they’re open spend more money on Ubers and have no car for days until they get in the office. The money came out immediately but of course they can wait to send me what I paid for. I’m extremely unhappy with this company

Amazing 5 star service and could have not made a better decision going with Wade Insurance. Anyone would be lucky to be under there insurance family. Can not be thankful enough

I went to the woodhaven road office and ended up being helped by ed at the rising sun one. He is the most helpful patient and thoughtful person i have ever met. He went out of his way to help me and i havent been able to get other places to help at all. But he took care of my work personally, picked up and dropped off at my house since i have a hard time getting out and he was the biggest help and he wouldnt even let me tip him to everything he did. I cant recommend him enough-i will be sending more people his way.
