VW Brown Insurance Service

VW Brown, Eric and his associates on one of the dumbest agents I have come across in my entire life. Due to their incompetent and lack of listening and following instructions, I am being penalized an additional amount after paying my yearly renewal premium. Long story short, I was with Erie insurance and during my tenure I never had an issue. Ever since VW Brown took over Erie, the new folks have been nothing short of idiots. I have 3 homes, and multiple cars, all of which are screwed up on the policy with VW Brown. I explained multiple times of how my situation is with where each vehicle should be and how each property is classified and at no point was this corrected. Tanya also assisted me with securing wind and hail coverage for my new resident which Erie Insurance could not provide. Again this was done expeditiously and with great care. Eric Kane is very professional, personable, and prompt in responding to all my questions and concerns. He very efficiently and effectively identified which policies needed to be right-sized to the correct coverages (usually a bit more to better match the current assets' values) while still saving us thousands in premiums. I couldn't be any happier with my experience with VW Brown. My only regret is not having made the switch years ago!

All I needed was a good auto insurance quote with home insurance as well. It turns out insurance is way more complicated than I thought, but the VW Brown agent walked me through the process with full explanations at each step.
