I have had horrible experiences with insurance agents in the past but I was so impressed with the woman I spoke with on the phone at David Insurance. We are hoping to buy a condo in Door County so I called with lots of questions about getting insurance. She was patient, very personable, and great at explaining the answers to my questions. So where do I begin to say how great this agency is? I'm not sure how long we have worked with them but guessing probably 35-40 years! I can't tell you how many times I hear folks complain about hating insurance companies and insurance but I will tell you, we have NEVER had a bad experience with this group! We go back to the original owners, Jeff Pfeifer and Dave Thomas.... it has been amazing. They have ALWAYS had our backs. When they felt a different insurance group might serve our needs better, they called and shared their thoughts. We haven't had many "claims" over the years but when we have things have ALWAYS been taken care of quickly and perfectly.
