Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Company

No clue as to who my agent is. Haven't had any trouble with the couple claims I've had over the past 20 years. That being said I'm very disappointed that both of my policies nearly doubled this past year. Never got an explanation on the increase because my agent had left the company and I could only speak with the assistant. Seems like farm bureau insurance has become just like the rest and more worried about profits than customer service. Definitely should do your homework and get solid quotes before you make a decision .

I have had my auto insurance with Rick Harvey at Farm Bureau in Lovingston for years now. I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else. Anytime I call with a question or have a concern they are always so helpful! When I hit a deer with my car, I had to file a claim with them, they made it so easy for me to do what I needed to do to get the process going quickly. I know they have my back.

I found myself in an urgent need for homeowners insurance coverage. Darlene Casey took it upon herself to spearhead getting a quote put together and was able to put in place coverage very quickly. I cannot say enough about how Darlene took ownership of the situation and went well beyond what would be normally be expected, I cannot give enough praise. I had a wonderful experience, many thanks.

My biggest complaint is why we didn't make the switch to David Parr's Virginia Farm Bureau's group years ago. We have received top rate service. The group is always available. We've been able to get more coverage for our vehicles and home while paying less. Do yourself a favor and meet with the Virginia Farm Bureau before your asking yourself, "Why didn't I do this years ago?"
