What about unsatisfied person? I have been with VA farm bureau for 40 years are more with starting with them with my first car. I received a letter stating They wouldn't let me renew my policy due to the fact my husband had a NC driving license. My husband and I went to see our agent with him stating he would do all he could to help us, said if they didn't except that my husband owns lands a work shop and a home place in NC with having NC farm bureau insuarance. He stated there were other options and he would help search and find a different insuarance for me. Downgrading my review. After years with this agency, I am going to have to take all my personal and business lines elsewhere. I don't want to. What a waste of time. I have double coverage, inadequate coverage, and known policy problems left and right. After three long meetings, phone calls, several emails, with two different agents, over a course of years, I can't get any of them to fix one thing. Service here is dangerously inadequate. Normally, I wouldn't write a review just because I don't prefer the service of one business, but they have not only left me unnecessarily exposed to risk.
