I have been a VA Farm Bureau insurance customer for over 20 years. I have both my personal and small business vehicle accounts with them. Jennifer is wonderful. It is nice to get to know your rep over the years. She has always responded quickly answering all of my questions and taking whatever time I need to resolve all my needs over these many years. On top of that, claims are handled very fast and I always know I am taken care of. When we added life insurance polices 5 years ago, Mike was just as knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
