Formerly had a great experience with Dakota. While he was out sick, I had the displeasure of working with Jacob and Luca. Unfortunately, now in search for a different Allstate branch. It shouldn’t take an agency hours to provide proof of insurance to a customer that has already paid.

I have been a client of this agency since I moved to Fairport 23 years ago. Vincenzo and his staff are absolutely outstanding!! Today, I needed help with my auto policy and Dakota assisted me. Dakota went above and beyond with his help! He called the DMV on my behalf and resolved everything! He was so efficient, professional and courteous!! He truly went the extra mile for me! Please consider this agency for your insurance needs and ask for Dakota!!

I have been with this company for 20 years and have never had any reason to complain. Any agent I've ever contacted has been competent, helpful and talks to me like a human instead of a policy number. I just got off the phone with my new friend, Jacob. He noticed my policy was out of date and called me so we could fix this. He spent the better part of an hour on the phone with me going over what I had, what I needed to keep and what I could get rid of, as far as my policy goes.
