What you really get with them is peace of mind, knowledgeable guidance, and genuinely outstanding customer service. Christie Delouch is a stellar example of that. Her follow-ups during my car shopping process were thoughtful and warm — supportive without ever feeling pushy or overbearing. She also took the time to share helpful recommendations about other services that could benefit me now and in the future, which I truly appreciated. Christie DeLoach from State Farm called to go over my homeowners insurance to assess if my coverage is adequate. She asked numerous questions that I had and gave me several helpful suggestions including suggesting I take photos of each room in my house for use in the event of a catastrophic event. This seemed like great advice for me as the policy holder. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Let me start off by saying -- I've always felt that insurance was a scam. The constant phone calls about life insurance and insuring this, that, and a third with no real conversation breaking down the why outside of what's shown on social media just further "confirmed" that for me .. until I sat down with Kelly. Sandy is awesome is a all that needs to be said! Relocations and transferring policies, etc. is stressful enough. It helps to have a person on the other end who gets that and is able to anticipate a customer’s needs and responds proactively.
