Hello everyone. Please think twice before working with this company. We have unfortunately had a negative experience with this business. Very disappointed with their customer service. Multiple emails went unanswered and no return calls. We were attempting to increase coverages for our policies and was told we would receive a call back-which never happened. Amazing! We tried working with the local State Farm office first to secure a homeowners insurance policy on our new build and it was a nightmare, cost us so much unnecessary time and money. So glad we made the switch. Laura and her team were so helpful and responsive and took care of everything we needed very quickly and accurately to get our policy bond and to the mortgage company the same day, and offered very competitively priced options with better coverage options than what we were getting quoted from the other agency.
