Vickie Falen - State Farm Insurance Agent

Vickie has been my agent since I moved to Phoenix in 2015. Met her at her office on West Bell Rd. and stayed with her through her move to her current location in Scottsdale. Always friendly and very knowledgeable about my insurance needs. Also, I don't want to leave out Julie, her friendly trusted assistant!

I recently worked with Vicki for home my insurance, and she exceeded my expectations! She beat my previous policy and made the process smooth and stress-free with her expertise. Highly recommend her for all your insurance needs—she’s knowledgeable and efficient!

Signed up for truck insurance and paid two months. Then rates went up and found out Vickie had done our policy as a store front! Never sent any documentation or correspondence to us. Was a personal friend who we trusted. Got screwed big time! Of course we changed agents. Beware of scams

Vickie and her team are absolutely horrible and incompetent agents to insure with. I was a loyal State Farm client with 2 cars, boat, house, Umbrella and extra contents coverage. They have no interest in working with their clients, they find every excuse to side with a policy and will side with State Farm every time regardless. They will take your money and make any claim as difficult as possible for you. DO NOT use this agent.

Sylvia and Vicki have been helping my family and I for over 15 years. I can't say enough good things about them. Highly appreciate the service I got when I had an accident and how they always try to keep our rates super low.
