Vickie Bushnell - State Farm Insurance Agent

Have been state farm for many years now but today reminded me why. Any time i have had any issues or needed to make a claim the team at the Vicki Bushnell office in Twin Lakes have always made sure to help out in a professional and timely manner. I usually work with Ashley and today was no different. She was not only helpful as always but went above and beyond to make the claim process smooth, quick and hassle free. Her help definitely made a bad situation much easier to get through.

Vickie Bushnell herself is great but her staff is completely unreliable. They're charging us double this month claiming we never paid last months payment even though we did. We've been dealing with this situation for almost 2 weeks now and not only have they not come up with a solution but now the lady handling it is always conveniently "out of the office" when we call. My husband and I will definitely be switching insurance companies after this

I have had my ins. With Vickie Bushnell and her team for many years . Her Professionalism is out standing keeps me updated on my polices and saves me money with the current changes that occur. I would recommend her and her team all ways. She even makes house calls if the need arises.

We have had State Farm Insurance for over 10 years. Rental, vehicle, life and now homeowners. We bought our first home and moved to Wi. We had to switch agents. This agents office is terrible. They will wait 2-3 days before returning calls if they ever actually do, most of the time I have to call over and over before they actually answer and then they pretend then never got any of my messages. The young girls have zero knowledge of their jobs and are hardly ever able to answer any questions without having to "check into it" and call you back. I am switching agents first thing Monday morning.

I had a very strange conversation with a young lady who was confused about what a zip code was and called me asking me for all of my information including my address so I tell her my zip code and she said, "What are those numbers for??"I was then called by some older woman who gave me an outrageous qoate for car insurance! Called around and found a much better rate with a different company!
