Billing Supervisor from Vogue Recovery Center. Viant has been pricing our claims without our authorization, under false pretenses. They claim to have a contract with the facility, when we asked for the said contract they came back stating they were actually contracted with the insurance company. The refuse to negotiate an appropriate offer. We are in the process of preparing a complaint against Viant for misrepresentation, negligence and fraud.
I work here. Great company and people.
