This branch uses discrimination twords 100% disabled combat veterans. They refused to accept a payment from me, causing other issues in my personal life. This company is unwilling to work with people

Worst service ever. Overcharge coverage by almost $500 per month Compared to a competitor. Then when I canceled the insurance was told that they won't cancel until proof of another policy which was provided. And still wouldn't cancel. "Cancelations are not processed that fast so there may be more charges" Stay away from State Farm

They don't like to answer the phone. They don't like to send a fax. I gave them chance after chance . My home owners insurance was canceled without a call. Then 3 years later my work van was dropped without a call. It cost me $480 in fines from the dmv. All because they didn't do the paper work correctly. Another state farm carrier fixed it no time and without treating me like I did something wrong. Go with any other agent. I do not recommend this one. ( I've been with state farm for 15 years.) The 5 years I was here was nothing but problems
