Requested a quote online and expected a sudden jump in the quote once speaking with a rep that contacted me. However that jump did not come instead it was less than what was quoted to me. The process was fairly fast and Stephanie was very personable which I did not expect. These are people on the other end of the phone communicating professionallynot just a rep reading a script at you.
